Data collected via the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Booking data is kept for 10 years in accordance with accounting and tax obligations. Anonymous navigation data is kept for 13 months maximum.

Cookies

The L'AccrocheCœur website does not place any tracking, advertising, profiling or audience-measurement cookies. No tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or equivalent are used. In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and CNIL regulations, your prior consent is therefore not required to visit our website.

Third-party services

Our Contact page embeds an interactive map provided by Google Maps. This service, operated by Google LLC, may place third-party cookies in your browser when you view this page. To refuse these cookies, you can configure your browser or consult Google's privacy policy.

The contact form uses the Resend service (resend.com) to deliver your messages to our email address. This service does not place any cookie on your browser. Data submitted through the form is transmitted encrypted and is only kept by Resend for the time strictly necessary to deliver the message.
